Central Baptist Church Schedule
UPCOMING EVENTS: Monday, December 11th, 6:00 p.m. - joint Deacons and Trustees meeting; Sunday, December 17th, 4:00 p.m. - Deacons Ordination; Monday, December 18th, 6:00 p.m. - Church Conference.
Pastor Ezell will conduct a workshop training for all Deacons and Deaconess on Saturday, December 5th at 5:00 p.m.
The church office will be closed on Thursday and Friday in observance of Thanksgiving.
Report Cards for the 1st marking period of the 2017-2018 school year are now due. Please place all copies in the academic recognition mailbox located in room 104. The deadline to submit your copy is Tuesday, December 5th at 5:00 p.m.

Our annual Thanksgiving service will be held on Wednesday, November 22nd at 6:00 p.m. The United Voices will render music.
All ministries and auxiliaries are reminded to submit your 2018 budget request form by Wednesday, November 22nd to the Director of Operations. Budget forms are located in the mailroom.
Our Christmas Concert entitled "In A Manager Low" will be held on Saturday, December 23rd at 6:00 p.m. Rehearsals will be held on Thursdays at 7:15 p.m. in the sanctuary.
All individuals who are signed up to work the Transition Homeless Center, Central is still volunteering. We are working the 6:30 a.m. and the 11:30 a.m. shifts. If you would like to volunteer, Central Baptist Church will serve the 1st Saturday of each month. Please contact Deaconess Lou Ella Williams if you are interested in volunteering on one of these dates. Thank you.
Our Couple's Retreat will be held on Friday, February 9th - Sunday, February 11th at the Courtyard Barefoot Landing in North Myrtle Beach. The cost is $325.00 per couple. A sign-up sheet and more information are available in the vestibule.
Christmas at Central will be held on Sunday, December 24th, following the 11:00 a.m. worship service in the family life center. Sponsors are needed to adopt families. Sponsor forms are available in the front and rear entrances. Please submit completed forms asap.
The Girl Scouts are now registering for enrollment for ages K-5 thru 12th grade. We meet on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of each month. Interested girls and their parents can contact the church office or Andrena Scott for more information.
Noon Day and Evening Bible study - Wednesdays' at 12:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.
Sunday School classes begin at 9:45 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. each Sunday.

The new Honor Roll Recognition Guidelines are as follows: All students in grades 1 - 12 must submit copies of report cards by the requested deadline. All students submitting report cards must also attach a Youth Ministry Participation Form to demonstrate that they are actively participating in a ministry.
The Veteran's Ministry is available to meet on Thursdays at 6:00 p.m. Help is available for VA matters for all male and female veterans as well as their family members. Contact the church office to schedule an appointment.
Pastor Ezell sends out a devotional message on a weekly basis via our phone tree messenger system. If you would like to receive this message, call the church to ensure that we have the correct telephone number.
Central Baptist Transportation Ministry is in need of drivers. If you are a member and have an interest in joining our Transportation Ministry, please call the church office to submit your name.
Central Baptist members are asked to submit their email address to the church office by forwarding an email to the church's email address @ email@example.com. Our goal is to get information out to the church family quickly by using all available technology.
Auxiliaries/Ministries desiring to have upcoming events announced must submit information to the church office no later than 5:00 p.m. on Wednesdays.
