The Central Baptist Church is a progressive and innovative church family with a theme of “Reclaiming Our Families Through Patience, Perseverance, and Prayer.”  We have a myriad of talents and gifts within our church body.  We believe in the holistic approach to ministry, and we have over forty ministries to help the total person.  Our church family is friendly and faithful…and truly the Favor of God is upon us.  We are excited about the vision that God has placed upon the ministry of this church.  God never gives a vision without making provisions!


Transportation for Sunday morning service is now available. If you need transportation to Sunday morning worship service, please call the church office on Monday through Thursday before noon to give your name.

All 2024 High School and College Graduates are asked to call the church office to list their name and contact information.

Report Cards for the 3rd Marking Period are now due. The deadline to submit your copy is no later than Wednesday, April 24th, at 5:00 pm. Please place all copies in the mailbox located on the outside at the back entrance of the church.

The CBC Youth Ministry would like to express our gratitude to our church family for their generous donations that made the International African American Museum tour on Saturday, May 4th, 2024, possible.

If you would like to sponsor a child to tour the International African American Museum or donate towards the youth ministry, please make donations payable to Central Baptist Church and designate YOUTH MINISTRY. If you would like to sponsor a child for $50.00, this will include the bus ride, the ticket for the museum as well as a T-shirt. Thank you in advance.

Central Baptist Church Youth Primary Sunday School Class (ages 4 – 10) will be held each Sunday at 11:15 a.m. in Room 104.

COVID-19 safety protocols are still in place. Face masks are optional at this time and social distancing is still being observed at all in-person services.
